Requirements-
Data Conversions from Legacy EMR systems to Epic EMR systems.
The process includes converting and migrating the historical data into EPIC.
Types of data migrated/loaded into Epic during the conversion process includes Patient Data Demographics, Encounters, Vitals, Labs (General), Imaging, Pathology, CCDs and Charges.
Building of Interfaces in Epic POC and migrating them to TST, CNV and PRD environments using Content Management ticket.
Coordinate with interface engine to get the extracts transformed into standard HL7 format.
Update Profile variables, Tables, communication settings and mappings to successfully file messages into Epic.
Coordinate with Application teams to get the required build like DEP, IIT, EAP, LRR, LLB, DXO etc.
Perform testing in phases, small scale, large scale and full-scale testing.
Perform Mapped record testing with application teams and vendors.
Perform validation on the messages loaded into Epic, troubleshoot errors and reload the messages.
Coordinate with application team for data validation.
Follow change control process to move the build to production.
Must have EPIC Bridges Certification
