We are looking for an experienced GenAI Lead with strong Python and Machine Learning expertise to design and deliver Generative AI solutions in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, has delivered 3–4 end-to-end GenAI/ML projects, and can combine hands-on development with technical leadership and architecture.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead end-to-end GenAI/ML projects: problem framing, data strategy, model selection, training/fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring. Design scalable ML architectures and pipelines (data ingestion, training, inference, CI/CD, MLOps).

Hands-on development in Python: LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, summarization, and classification. Mentor and lead ML engineers/data scientists; conduct code and design reviews. Collaborate with product, infra, and compliance teams to translate business and clinical requirements into solutions. Ensure MLOps best practices, model monitoring, and ethical, secure, and compliant AI solutions.

Required Skills
Strong Python; PyTorch/TensorFlow; Hugging Face, LangChain (or similar). Generative AI experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and vector databases. Production ML deployment, inference optimization, APIs, and microservices. MLOps: MLflow/DVC, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow/Kubeflow. Cloud experience: AWS, GCP, or Azure. Solid ML fundamentals and software engineering best practices.

Experience & Qualifications
8+ years in software engineering / ML roles.
Delivered at least 3 production ML/GenAI projects.
Experience leading technical projects or small teams.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Healthcare domain experience required
