Key Responsibilities
The consultant will be responsible for:
Analyze legacy RPMS (Resource & Patient Management System) databases.
Develop and maintain Cache/MUMPS extraction routines.
Extract data from RPMS Globals and FileMan tables.
Understand healthcare data structures and map them to target specifications.
Generate pipe-delimited extract files for downstream ingestion.
Perform sample, validation, and production data extraction cycles.
Troubleshoot extraction issues and optimize extraction performance.
Participate in technical discussions, requirement clarification, and project planning.
Create technical documentation for extraction logic and mapping.
Support knowledge transfer and project handover activities.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining data quality and accuracy.
Follow healthcare data security and confidentiality standards.
