we are strengthening our pharmacy module and are looking for someone who has hands-on experience building or managing pharmacy workflows at a leading pharmacy software or HMIS company.
This is not just an advisory assignment.
We are looking for someone who can work closely with our product and development teams to:
Evaluate our existing pharmacy module end-to-end
Identify workflow gaps and friction points from a pharmacist/user perspective
Benchmark the experience against leading pharmacy software
Recommend practical product and UX improvements
Help define workflows and requirements for our developers
Work alongside the team during implementation
Test the improved module in real-life pharmacy scenarios
Help us deliver a fast, intuitive and seamless experience for pharmacy users
We would especially value experience with workflows such as purchase and sales, inventory, batch and expiry management, GST/billing, returns, stock reconciliation, supplier management, prescription-to-dispensing workflows, reports and integrations.
This can initially be a consulting/project-based engagement.
