1) Rhapsody Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Design and oversee Rhapsody integration architecture and solutions.
Provide technical leadership and handle complex L2/L3 escalations.
Oversee routes, mappings, interfaces, RCA, releases, and platform lifecycle.
Define integration standards, capacity, roadmap, and best practices.
Support SLA/KPI governance, CAB, change/release, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills:
Rhapsody, Healthcare Integration, Integration Architecture, Route & Mapping, L2/L3 Support,
RCA, HL7, APIs,CI/CD, Monitoring, DR, Change & Release Management.
2) Rhapsody Engineer (4 positions)
Exp- 4-5 yrs
Location- Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Rhapsody routes, mappings, and interfaces.
Handle L2/L3 incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and escalations.
Monitor interfaces, queues, alerts, and integration workflows.
Support testing, validation, releases, deployments, and production operations.
Participate in on-call support and change/release activities.
