About the Role
We are looking for a contract Semarchy MDM specialist to help implement and support a Master
Data Management solution built on Semarchy’s Unified Data Platform (Semarchy xDM and xDI) running
natively on Snowflake. This role will work hands-on with data stewards, data engineers, and business
stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy match/merge, governance, and data quality workflows,
and to build integrations that move data reliably between Snowflake and downstream systems.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and extend Semarchy xDM data models, entity views, match/merge rules, survivorship rules,
and validation workflows for master data domains (e.g., customer, supplier, product, item).
Design and build data integration jobs in Semarchy xDI to load, cleanse, and synchronize data between
Snowflake and source/target systems.
Deploy and configure Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App, including roles, warehouses, and data
sharing setup within the Snowflake ecosystem.
Develop and tune Snowflake SQL (tables, views, stored procedures, tasks/streams) to support MDM
staging, publication, and reporting layers.
Partner with data governance and business teams to translate stewardship and data quality
requirements into Semarchy configuration.
Build and maintain data quality rules, deduplication logic, and hierarchy/relationship management within
xDM.
Support UAT, defect triage, performance tuning, and go-live cutover activities for MDM releases.
Document data models, mapping specifications, and operational runbooks for the Semarchy/Snowflake
