Scope of Work
Review and validate the overall application architecture for the React, NestJS, FastAPI, MySQL, Redis, and related technology stack.
Review and approve the database schema (ERD), API design, module architecture, and technical workflows.
Define and document technical standards, coding guidelines, folder structure, and development best practices.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to the development team during implementation.
Conduct periodic architecture and code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and security.
Review authentication, RBAC, audit logs, email processing, PDF/OCR integration, and deployment architecture.
Assist the team in resolving complex technical issues and recommend optimal design approaches.
Design and review CI/CD, deployment strategy, backups, monitoring, logging, and production readiness.
Participate in sprint planning, technical review meetings, and key project milestones.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support the team in adopting enterprise development practices.
