Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, architecture design, hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing backend applications.
Drive technical architecture discussions and define best practices for backend development.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Mentor and coach development teams, fostering technical excellence.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver business solutions.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
