Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with IT clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new clients in the IT recruitment space.
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the delivery team to fulfill requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Track market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Manage key accounts by understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT staffing/recruitment.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving targets and client acquisition.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Coordinate in day-to-day task.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Candidates from IIMs and other premier business institutes will be preferred.
