Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & Documentation GapAnalysis: Conduct “walk-throughs” in various departments (ER, Pharmacy, Lab) to document how they currently work versus how the software functions. Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with doctors and admins to define specific needs (e.g., custom prescription formats or specific billing rules). Documentation: Create clear, concise Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
- Technical Setup & Data Migration Module Configuration: Perform hands-on backend setup of clinical and administrative modules (e.g., setting up the ICU bed map, doctor schedules, or insurance catalogs). Data Migration: Coordinate the transfer of legacy patient data into our system, ensuring zero data loss and 100% accuracy. Interoperability: Facilitate data exchange between our system and external partners (Labs, Insurance, Government Registries) using HL7 and FHIR standards.
